Join us on Wednesday the 24th of April, 5.30pm at the Jordanburn Lecture Theatre, Royal Edinburgh Hospital for a talk by Edith Elliot and Elaine Bannerman who will look at how Dietetics began in Edinburgh. Edith and Elaine will explore how the importance of food in the clinical care of patients has evolved over the years.
The talk is part of ‘Ever Present Past’ project at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital developed and coordinated by Artlink. The project explores the history of the Hospital through a series of talks, events and workshops and artist placements throughout 2013 – the Hospital’s bi-centenary year.
